ONLINE SEMINAR ANNOUNCEMENT
SISSA GEOMETRY GROUP

This to announce a new series of smart algebraic
geometry seminars on K3 surfaces. We will follow Daniel
Huybrechts’ book  "Lectures on K3 Surfaces". The first seminar will be
introductive and will explain how many of the general properties of
surfaces specialize to K3s. The second seminar  will focus on
linear systems and  will explain the strong connection between curves
contained in K3s and the surfaces themselves.
