Virtual Grothendieck Riemann-Roch Theorem

Abstract: This is a report on a joint work with L. Goettsche.
We state and prove a Grothendieck Riemann Roch theorem 
for morphism of virtually smooth schemes (i.e., schemes with a perfect 
obstruction theory) and discuss some apllications.
