[RegCNET] CFL voilation with CLM

Dear RegCM user

                           I am running RegCM 4.3.5.6. The model is runing
with BATS but when I am running with CLM (after making all necessary file
needed to run with clm), it giving error. Please give me suggestion to fix
this problem.
 I attached herewith input name list parameter and error.
