Hello Graziano,
I succeeded in running CH4 module by putting the correct settings in namelist.
I attached the namelist including CH4 parameters.

You have to add the namelist to the input file.

I have never used this part of the code, the namelist should be the same
as it is for the CLM 4.5, so you should again refer to its original
documentation.

In the code, a number of parameters can be set. Look in the
mod_clm_ch4varcon.F90 file.
