[RegCNET] Installation error RegCM 4.4

Dear Fahd
For configure the RegCM you have to know where is your libraries (zlib,
hdf5, netcdf and mpi) are installed. if they are in the common path
"/usr/local"  it is OK but else you have to mention this in your .bashrc or
.cshrc environment profile otherwise you can mention this in the configure
command line like;

./configure FC=ifort CC=icc CPPFLAGS=-I"path for the include directories
for hdf, netcdf and mpi libraries" LDFLAGS=-L"path for the include
directories for hdf, netcdf and mpi libraries"
