[RegCNET] missing ESACCI-SOILMOISTURE.nc file in surface directory

Dear ggiulian,

I tried to activate the new option lsmoist     = .true., in namelist, but during execution of terrain program, an error occured

So it seems that the file ESACCI-SOILMOISTURE.nc is missing, so where can i find it.
