[RegCNET] RegCM44-rc22 error running with MPI-ESM-MR data

Dear RegCM users,

We are trying to use MPI-ESM-MR boundaries which we have downloaded form
http://clima-dods.ictp.it/data/d8/cordex/. We are using ReCM44-rc22 version
of the model. When we tried to run SST the model aborts with the following
 error

 NetCDF: Index exceeds dimension bound

 mod_sst_gnhnc.F90 :      356:Error read var tos     :          -40
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Can some body help us to solve the problem. Is it the problem in the netcdf
file used or some thing wrong in the code. Kindly help us with a solution.
