[RegCNET] What kind of change and in which parameter should we expect if we use RegCM with CLM instead of BATS?

Dear users

I have used RegCM with both Bats and Clm45. I have seen regcm-bats
simulation of precipitation is more close to observation than clm. What
might have gone wrong with this ??
