[RegCNET] Soil moisture and Soil temperature initialization in RegCM4

[Suman Maity]

Dear all

This is Suman Maity from IIT Kharagpur, India. My question is when we are
running the model regcm we are not putting any dataset of soil moisture and
soil temperature. How the model getting to initialize the land surface
model? Is it calculating from any parameter? if yes then what parameters?
