[RegCNET] GrADSNcPrepare

When I view RegCM output data in GrADS I find that all surface fields (in particular, land-sea mask)
 don't match the coastline.

It seems that .ctl file created by GrADSNcPrepare is not correct.

it is adviced to define Lambert map projection in .ctl file :
PDEF isize jsize LCC latref lonref iref jref Struelat Ntruelat slon dx dy

Is there any suggestions on how to determine  iref and  jref  values in the LCC projection ?
