[RegCNET] CLM4.5 urban landuse zero everywhere

Dear RegCM users,

I am trying to perform a few initial experiments with the urban
parameterization in CLM4.5 along with RegCM-4.4. I was able to compile
and run the preprocessors and the model itself as well. However, I
have just noticed that the variable  PCT_URBAN is identical to zero
over the the entire domain. The global file mksrf_urban.nc seems fine,
with reasonable urban coverage over the domain I am using. However,
the file generated by mksurfdata no longers contains reasonable urban
data - only those zeros.
My domain is centered over Mexico City with large urbanized areas. 10
km x 10 km is the model resolution and 5 km x 5 km for the surface
model subgrid. I tried it with lower/higher resolution, with another
domain over Europe but Zeros appear each time, no urban percentage.

Do you have any idea where is the problem?Am I doing something wrong?
I have never used CLM...
