[RegCNET] A Question about RegCM4

Dear Mr.
     I am a user of RegCM4 ,and I learn to use it recently. When I use this model ,I have a question about it. How can i change the initial snow amount in DOMAIN.INFO ? The initial snow amount in the model is 0. Can i use the Fortran compiler to read the “DOMAIN.INFO”and change it ，then use the changed file to run the model？IF can't ，how can i do that？ I am look forward for your response ，Thank you very much！ Merry Christmas & Happy New Year！
