[RegCNET] Problem about the RegCM4.1 run with EH5RF sst !

Dear Yulian,

Look at your global data-set and the data available in the SST file. 

your global data-set:

GLOBIDATE1 : 1990010100
GLOBIDATE2 : 2000123118 

but data available in SST file are:

>From 1962 to 1993
