[RegCNET] cloud water content into the rad module

Dear All,

Does anyone know whether cloud water content ( 'cldlwc' in sub cldfrac )
passed into RAD module is grid-average value or in-cloud value ?

*         cldlwc(i,k) = (cldfra(i,k)*cldlwc(i,k)+fcc(i,k,j)*exlwc) &*
*                      & /dmax1(cldfra(i,k)+fcc(i,k,j),0.01D0)*
