[RegCNET] error installing Netcdf

Dear,

Specify the location for zlib library as follows:

./configure --prefix=/path/to/netcdf/directory  --with-zlib=/path/to/location/of/zlib

because of --with-hdf5=/path/to/location/of/hdf5 option does not work for necdf-4.1.3, you need to export HDF5 location paths as follows:

    export CPPFLAGS=-I/location/to/hdf5/include/
    export LDFLAGS=-L/location/to/hdf5/lib
    export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/location/to/hdf5/lib

netCDF-4 and      opendap with --disable-netcdf-4 --disable-dap, or
see config.log for errors", i got in configuring netcdf 4.1.3 on ubuntu 10.4 LTS. i will be glad for the help. Attached is the config.log.
