[RegCNET] querries about idirect=1

Dear Yong yu
Yes you are right, this problem in regcm3 was coming from the fact that
some longwave variables were not reset to the 'no aerosol' value after
calculation of radiative forcing. This problem has been fixed in RegCM4,
so I strongly encourage you to switch!
However in regcm3 if you use the no aerosol ichem =0 fro control run
compared to ichem=1/idirect = 2, you are OK anyway . Also the error
introduced by this inconsistency in term of the radiatve forcing
calculation is not big compared to other sources of uncertainties, and it
is a problem related to dust aerosol only.
