[RegCNET] querries about idirect=1

Dear all
        Using RegCM3 code which is download about 1month ago, I have done 2 experiment：
          1．  Set aerotype  AER00D0  in domain.param
          2．  Set aerotype  AER11D1  in domain.param, set idirect=1 in regcm.in
       Other conditions are exactly same, I have compared the RAD output between these two experiments, I found that they are different, I don’t know why?
      I have known idirect =1 means that the aerosol don't couple to the dynamic and thermodynamic. so the difference of RAD output between these two experiments should be zero? Could you please tell me some detail information about this? Thank you very much!
