[RegCNET] EH5OM Simulation RF to A1B

Jonathan,

I have added some new lines, defining a new sst type (names EHSST) that
includes the files of EH5RF and EHA1B.
I assume I have to recompile the preprocessors, right? or should I recompile
the whole RegCM4?
