Extra shuttles on on the first day of each activity

Dear Colleagues,

This is to bring to your kind attention that - as from 12 August 2013 -
there will be extra shuttles ON THE FIRST DAY
ONLY OF EACH NEW activity (from 08.30 until 10.10) in order to allow
participants to take the minibus to the
Fermi building for their operations services and back from EFB for their
registration formalities. I attach the itinerary schedule valid only for
the first day of
each activity.

In order to facilitate our participants on their first day, we shall run
two minibuses at the same time:
one from GGH as per the attached schedule and another one from the LB as
usual.
