Dear Colleagues,
This is to bring to you kind attention that extra shuttle on the
first day of each activity ( from at 08.30 until at 10.10)
will be started on 12 August 2013 to allow participants to take the
minibus to go for operations services and back from EFB in order to
follow registration formalities as per attached itinerary schedule
only for the beginning of each activity.
For this solution, my proposal is to make run two minibus at the
same time:
one from GGH as the schedule and another from LB as usual.
