help identify relevant initiatives to accompany and promote women 
researchers in mathematics, and ensure that they are better represented 
at institutions like IHES.

Panelists will be:

Fédérale de Lausanne,
*Kathryn Leonard*, President of the Association of Women in Mathematics, and
*Andrea Walther*, Convenor of the European Women in Mathematics.

conclude this discussion.
