will speak on

"Higher order selfdual toric varieties"

ABSTRACT The notion of higher order dual varieties of a projective variety  is
a natural generalization of the classical notion of projective
duality. We give different combinatorial, algebraic and computational
characterizations of those equivariant projective toric embeddings
that satisfy higher order selfduality. This is joint work with Ragni
Piene.
