Title: 
Construction and asymptotics of the Heun polynomials: Riemann-Hilbert problem approach.

Abstract: 
Using the connection of the sixth Painleve' transcendents with the Heun equation, we formulate the Riemann-Hilbert problem approach to the construction of the Heun transcendents. We illustrate  this method applying the machinery developed in the framework of the inverse monodromy problem  to the analysis of the so-called Heun polynomials.
