Petition to protect the EU research budget

The Initiative for Science in Europe (ISE) has started a petition to 
protect the EU research budget and in support of the open letter 
recently sent to the EU by Nobel Prize and Fields Medal winners in 
connection with plans to cut the EU research budget and the EU leaders 
meeting on 22/23 November 2012.
