[RegCNET] RegCM workshop to be postponed

Dear All

as you may know the coronavirus has hit Italy pretty hard. We have some
cases, fortunately for now not many, also in Trieste. Anyways, as a
consequence of this the ICTP management has decided to postpone or cancel
all activities starting before May 15, which unfortunately includes also
our RegCM workshop. It is our intention to postpone the workshop but
hopefully to still hold it in 2020, and we are starting to look for
suitable dates.

It all depends of course on how this COVID-19 crisis will evolve. Let's
hope for the best,
