[RegCNET] Problem with RegCM Run.

Hi All
           I tried to run a simulation using RegCM-SVN6940 with dt = 100s
and dx = 50 km for ERA15 Data.  But the run failed due to CFL Error. I
tried with dt = 50 s,10 s. Still the  run failed. Then I tried to run the
same namelist with  RegCM-4.7, then the model worked fine. Could you please
help me to figure out the problem. The namelist used is attached below.
