[RegCNET] regcm.in file for RegCM 4.7

Dear Peter,
       Thanks a lot. I have partially solved the problem. The issue was not
with regcm.in file.  The problem is that I am unable to run the model with
intel fortran compiler. With GNU compilers (gfortran, gcc etc.), the model
runs without any problem.
However, I have tried on different computers (including HPC's) but I am
unable to run latest version of the model with intel fortran compiler. I am
using Intel fortran compiler version 2019.3.199.  I don't get any error in
first three steps namely Terrain, SST, ICBC. When I finally submit the
simulation on single or multiple processor, I get error "forrtl: severe
(174): SIGSEGV, segmentation fault occurred". I have also compiled with
--enable-debug but still not luck. See image file showing error in the
