[RegCNET] Regional climate modeling at EGU General Assembly 2019

Dear RegCNETers

As in past years there will be a session "Regional climate
modeling, including CORDEX" (session CL5.01 ) at the EGU 2019 General
Assembly,  which will be held 7-12 April 2019 in Vienna. The session is
convened by Ivan Guettler and myself. As you may know, Prof. Ray Arritt,
who had been co-convening the session in the past, suddenly past away, and
we plan to have a special talk by Dr. M. Bukovsky to commemorate his
tremendous contributions to regional climate modeling and to remember him
as the special colleague that he was to all of us.

Abstract submission is open and we encourage you to submit your work to
this session. In recent EGU assemblies the RCM session has been either the
leading session or near the top in terms of number of abstracts submitted.
This makes the session an excellent opportunity to show your research and
to learn about new developments both in CORDEX and RCMs generally.

Abstract submission closes on 10 January 2019 at 13:00 CET (12:00 UTC).
