[RegCNET] Requisition for the Problem : Run time increments must be modulus 24 hrs

Dear All,

I wish to inform you that I tried to run the RegCM-4.7.0-rc21 for future
projections with HadGEM2RCP45 for the year 2020.

The following is the error, when I run the model.

  ssvs at ssvs-ML10Gen9:~/RegCM/RegCM-4.7.0-rc21/run$ mpirun -np 4
./bin/regcmMPI test_0015.in

  This is RegCM trunk

MPI_ABORT was invoked on rank 0 in communicator MPI COMMUNICATOR 3 DUP FROM

NOTE: invoking MPI_ABORT causes Open MPI to kill all MPI processes.
You may or may not see output from other processes, depending on
exactly when Open MPI kills them.

said problem and give me your valuable advice for successful running of the
model.
