[RegCNET] Requisition for the Problem : Run time increments must be modulus 24 hrs

Dear All,
I wish to inform you that I tried to run the RegCM-4.7.0-rc21 for future
projections with HadGEM2RCP45 for the year 2020.
The following is the error, when I run the model.
ssvs at ssvs-ML10Gen9:~/RegCM/RegCM-4.7.0-rc21/run$ mpirun -np 4
./bin/regcmMPI test_0015.in
This is RegCM trunk

NOTE: invoking MPI_ABORT causes Open MPI to kill all MPI processes.
You may or may not see output from other processes, depending on
exactly when Open MPI kills them.

model.
