[RegCNET] Regarding observed data base of solar and wind resources

Dear all,

    I am doing assessment on wind and solar energy resources (present and
future), in Nepal. And I am looking for high resolution observed data of
both wind and solar resources.

Thus, may someone help me where can I get these data.
