Hello Aghil Bachari,
Are you using CLM3.5  surface model with UW boundary layer scheme, or what? Any way I can suggest that you can try one of  the following time steps:
1.  dt = 90 and dtsrf = 270
2.  dt = 75 and dtsrf = 225
3.  dt = 60 and dtsrf = 180
4.  dt = 45 and dtsrf = 135
Also you can send me your namelist to try to find a solution.

Dear RegCM UsersI am facing a problem which tells me, I have to decrease dt to avoid CFL violation. I tried to change the number for dt and srfdt several times, but still I got the same error message. I am using Linux(Ubuntu 14.04 platform), my compilers are gfortran and gcc and I configured the libraries(NetCDF, OpenMPI, Zlib, Hdf5) under /usr/local directory.iy = 50jx = 96ds = 30clat = 27,30clon = 52,30?Any Ideas would be appreciable.
