[RegCNET] How to define CGCM3.1/T63(Canadian Centre for Climate Modelling and Analysis data) in RegCM-4.1.1?!

Hi EverybodyI am running RegCM-4.1.1 with CGCM3.1/T63(Canadian Center for climate Modelling and Analysis data),Domain and SST is generated successfully. but when I run icbc,it gives following error:
