[RegCNET] installation problem with NetCDF

Dear Chao
When I read your log file it was written that you have installed gcc and
gfortran(4.8.2) as your compiler. I suggest that go back and compile your
libraries again and then try to compile RegCM code(indeed this time with
GNU compilers).
