Dear kishoreragi,

There is postprocessor in bin directory called clm45_1dto2d, by which u can visualize CLM4.5 output with ncview but clm4.5 has many problems to visualize as u said by gradsprepare and as a result NCL and also in ncview the map boundary deviated from the pattern of the map. Hope this problem can be solved soon.
