[RegCNET] soil water availability for calculation of evapotranspiration rates

Hello RegCNET users,

I conducted an experiment on RegCM-4.4.1 for estimation of evapotranspiration with nested domain 10 km in egypt over 1 year.

 I found that evapotranspiration in the vegetated area in delta region is very low either in BATS or CLM4.5 land surface model compared to CRU or observational data.

In RegCM user manual guide, it is mentioned that the surface evapotranspiration rates depend on the availability of soil water. So i ask if there is an option or 

method to enhance soil water availability.
