[RegCNET] Grell instability

I am attempting to run a 40-km simulation of RegCM-4.4.4-CLM4.5centered on China using NCEP-NCAR Reanalysis on NCAR Yellowstone. 
Please see my attached namelist, test_001.in. I am getting the following error
shortly after the run starts. Any suggestions? 


I gave my namelist to another scientist. He ran it for China and it crashed.
Then he applied it over another region (SE United States) and it didn't crash.
