[RegCNET] Error while building RegCM-4.4.3

Dear Saeed,
for your problem just be sure that you install zlib, hdf5, mpi and netcdf.
As you mentioned that your netcdf path is /usr/local so I supposed you
install the hdf5 at the same path. So if I am correct then write the
following line for your configuration;
./configure CC=gcc FC=gfortran CPPFLAGS=-I/usr/local/include
LDFLAGS=-L/usr/local/lib LIBS="-lnetcdff -lnetcdf -lhdf5_hl -lhdf5 -lz -lm
-ldl"
if there is any problem let me know.
