[RegCNET] Error while building RegCM-4.4.3

Dear RegCM Users
I want to install RegCM-4.4.3 on ubuntu 14.04. when I type : ./configure
FC=gfortran CC=gcc, I face to a problem which indicate the model could not
find netcdf library. I have installed netcdf-4.1.1 and 4.3.2 on
/usr/local/bin path. I would be grateful if someone respond me to solve
this.
