[RegCNET] Issues with HADGEM RCP driving data for RegCM4

Hello Heidi,

In the &globdatparam stanza of your namelist, you need to include the line

  calendar = '360_day',

At least this is how it works for RegCM4.4.  I expect it would be 
similar for 4.3 but am not sure.
