[RegCNET] Derivation of RegCM equations

Dear Konstantin,

If you want to read only one book, by far the best single reference is 
Holton's text on Dynamic Meteorology.  This is the standard textbook on 
the topic.  There is a new version by Holton and Hakim but older 
versions remain quite useful.
