[RegCNET] configure: error: NetCDF module not found

Hi, 

I installed the netcdf fortran libraries already: 

Ronald-Macatangays-MacBook-Pro:RegCM-4.4-rc31 ronaldmacatangay$
nc-config --version
netCDF 4.3.2 

but I get this error when configuring RegCM-4.4-rc31: 

"configure: error: NetCDF module not found" 

What could be the problem? Anyone can help?
