[RegCNET] Preproc problem while compiling sst

Dear RegCM users
I set RegCM_4.3.5.6 on Linux OS(UBUNTU 13.04). I tried to run the model,
but I faced a problem in preproc while compiling sst. the error is:


NSTEPS     :           28
 NetCDF: Index exceeds dimension
bound
 mod_sst_1deg.F90 :      458:Error read var sst:          -40
