[RegCNET] How calculate the geopotential height by the output RegCM4 ?

               Hi Regcnet users group!

                  I am try to calculate geopotential height by the
output of model
             RegCM4 but the result for the plot Models versus Observation not
             very satisfy me.
                What can i do?
             Can anyone suggest a script NCL to calculate  spatial or
map plot(Lat,Lon)
             or how to overcome this?
            You will send me the formulas, step and variable to use in
this calcul.
