[RegCNET] Error during running RegCM4.4 with CLM45

Hi RegCM users

Recently, I tried to run the RegCM4.4 with CLM45, when it reached
'mksurfdata', it reports two errors:

1. Firstly, it reports 'Segmentation fault':

Segmentation fault

2. Secondly, if ignore the 'Segmentation fault', and continue to use '
regcmMPI_clm45', it stopped due to the file of 'mksrf_urban.nc':

...and a lot of surfrd error of no valid urban data for nl

Do you have any idea about either of them?

I downloaded the 'mksrf_urban.nc' from 'Index/d8/cordex/CLM45/surface/
mksrf_urban.nc
<http://clima-dods.ictp.it/d8/cordex/CLM45/surface/mksrf_urban.nc>that is
23-Jun-2012 04:54 1.0G. Does it mean I need a new file for CLM45?
