[RegCNET] Fail to setup RegCM-4.4-rc18

Hello RegCM Team,

I tried to setup RegCM-4.4-rc18 but the following error appear

pgf90-Error-Unknown switch: -mtune=native
pgf90-Error-Unknown switch: -fconvert=big-endian
pgf90-Error-Unknown switch: -fno-range-check
