[RegCNET] Is precipitaion from REGCM4 ACCUMULATED?

Dear RegCNETers,
I have to calculate monthly preicpitation from regcm4 output which is
3-hour precipitation. Is the 3-hourly rainfall accumulated? I wonder
whether I need to DE-ACUMULATE the rainfall before I do the monthy sum.
Any suggestions?
