[RegCNET] error with-clm for 20km resolution

Dear all,

I was trying to run RegCM-4.3.5.6 with-CLM for resolution of 20km.
Pre-Processing  succeed. While I got this error when I 
start the model.

My domain size is 100 degree in longitude, 40 degree in latitude. 
And, below is part of my namelist file,

The model runs successfully and reaches the end if I set iy = 96, jx = 224 (for 50km)
 leaving other parameters  ( ds, dt, ... ) unchanged.
