[RegCNET] sst diurnal cycle

Dear Sunhui,

If you use the diurnal sst scheme, you should prepare the sst boundary
conditions as you would normally for any simulation.  To look at the
output, you can look at surface temperatures ('ts' variable in SRF file).

We recommend upgrading to the latest version of RegCM which has all of the
known bug fixes.
