Probably You are not using the released 4.2 which can be downloaded upon 
registering from the gforge.ictp.it site. The bug is fixed in it, it affected 
only some svn revisions, so I am guessing you are using a development stage of 
the 4.2 before it was tagged. (Bamba source?)
