The subroutine ASSIGNPNT is defined in mod_memutil.F90 and I did add "use mod_memutil" in mod_lm_interface.F90 before compiling. What can I do to fix this problem? Does anyone have experience running RegCM4.2 on Yellowstone?

Just a note, you should upgrade to the version 4.3.5. The version 4.2 had a
number of untested physical options, and should be used only for experiments
where "secure" code paths are used.
Also, looking at the Yellowstone specs (GREAT!), you may also have high benefits
from the introduced 2D parallel coding of the model.
Graziano.
